WealthRx AI

AI bookkeeping for CPAs

Live2026 —wealthrx.ai
The busiest week of close isn't the one with the most transactions. It's the one with the most interruptions.

AI bookkeeping for CPAs, bookkeepers and the businesses they serve. Auto-categorizes transactions with IRS citations, flags anomalies, scores close-readiness and syncs clean to QuickBooks Online.

The problem

A staff accountant hits a transaction they are not sure about and pings the partner. The partner stops, pulls the client file, reconstructs context, answers, and tries to get back to where they were. Eight times a day during close and the partner has done no deep work at all, just triage. The transaction takes thirty seconds to categorize. The interruption costs the ten minutes on either side of it.

The approach

WealthRx flags the ambiguous transactions with an IRS citation attached before they become a message to the partner. Categorization carries its source. Anomalies are surfaced, not buried. Close-readiness is a score the firm can see, and the clean result syncs to QuickBooks Online.

What is true today

Live for CPA and bookkeeping firms. Built in the studio with the same tools and the same standard as every client site, and used as the proof that the studio ships products, not decks.

The question I ask

How many of the interruptions in your close week are actually about the number, versus needing someone to vouch for the number?
