A builder's point of view
I've spent time inside large systems.
And time being responsible for my own.
At enterprise scale, you learn why reliability, controls, data and decision rights matter. As a founder and business operator, you learn how quickly an elegant strategy meets a customer, a deadline, or a balance sheet.
