Most people start “AI marketing automation” with one enormous prompt. That is not an agent. It is an unpredictable draft generator.

In this beginner tutorial, I show how to turn ChatGPT into a controlled marketing system that:

  • reads your brand, product, audience, claims, and past performance
  • creates three testable campaign variants
  • checks each variant against a scoring rubric
  • pauses for one human approval
  • publishes only after approval
  • measures the business results
  • uses those results to recommend the next test

The important design decision is simple: ChatGPT reasons, but software enforces the rules. The human makes one decision: Approve, Revise, or Reject.

The full four-minute tutorial, “Build Your First ChatGPT Marketing Agent (One Approval, Full Feedback Loop),” is on the SalStack YouTube channel.
